On the other hand, in the event of damages and losses caused by an illegal or incorrect use of said services, the User may be the one claiming the damages or losses caused.

You will indemnify the company against any damages and losses that arise from claims, actions or demands of third parties as a result of your access or use of the Web Space. Likewise, you undertake to indemnify against any damages and losses, which derive from the use on your part of “robots”, “spiders”, “crawlers” or similar tools employed in order to collect or extract data or from any other action on your part that imposes an unreasonable burden on the functioning of the Web Site.

7.HYPERLINKS

The User undertakes not to reproduce in any way, not even by means of a hyperlink or hyperlink, the Space Web, as well as any of its contents, unless expressly authorized in writing by the person responsible for the file.

8.DATA PROTECTION

The company will automatically process these data and apply the corresponding security measures, all in compliance with the RGPD, LOPDGDD and LSSI. The User can access the policy followed in the treatment of personal data, as well as the establishment of previously established purposes, under the conditions defined in the Privacy Policy.

9.COOKIES

The company reserves the right to use “cookie” technology in the Web Space, in order to recognize it as a frequent user and personalize the use of the Web Space by preselection of its language, or most desired or specific contents.

11.FORCE MAJEURE

The company will not be responsible at all in the event of the impossibility of providing service, if this is due to prolonged interruptions of the electrical supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous cases.

12.DISPUTE RESOLUTION. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The present General Conditions of Use, as well as the use of the Web Space, will be governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the registered office of the Site Manager

In the event that any stipulation of these General Conditions of Use is unenforceable or void under the applicable legislation or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, said unenforceability or nullity will not make these General Conditions of Use unenforceable or void as a whole. In these cases, the company will modify or replace said stipulation with another that is valid and enforceable and that, as far as possible, achieves the objective and claim reflected in the original stipulation.
